Yes! If your LED lights stop working within the 14-day return policy period we'll send you a new set!
My lights seem loose and keep popping out, is this normal?
Yes! This is normal as we don't glue our lights in order for you to have the ability to change them out in the future! Also, once you mount the item the wall will push the lights forward and there won't be an issue with them coming out anymore. Nonetheless, if you want, some hot glue should do the trick in order to keep the lights in place and prevent them from coming out. Just be careful to not put too much as this could potentially mess up the lights!
Do all products offer interchangeable LED lights?
