1. Parts of my Cross/Rosary feel loose or keep popping out — is that normal?

Yes! Our products are crafted from furniture-grade PVC tubing along with custom-made components, allowing the parts to be removed and reattached with ease. In some cases, we secure a connection with a bit of glue if a piece fits more loosely than usual, but once the product is properly hung, a slightly loose part typically won’t cause any issues. If a piece feels too loose, tends to fall off, or if you prefer not to hang the display, we recommend adding a small amount of hot glue for extra stability.

2. Some of my lights feel loose or keep popping out — is that normal?

Yes! For products with interchangeable lights, this is expected — we don’t glue them in so you can swap them out anytime. Once mounted, the wall or surface usually keeps them snug. If you want extra security, a tiny dab of hot glue works well — just don’t overdo it. For products without interchangeable lights, the LEDs are fixed in place with hot glue, and a small dab can secure any lights that feel loose.

3. Are these LED lights safe to use outdoors?

Most of our products are safe for outdoor use, though they range from fully weatherproof to semi-weatherproof. Be sure to check the product description or the Weather Use Note under “Additional Information” at the bottom of each product page for details on which products are suitable for outdoor conditions.

4. Can I change the color of the LED lights or customize them?

Yes, on products that offer interchangeable lights. You can purchase additional LED colors to match the season, your space, or your mood. Always check the product description or the “Product Details & Materials” section under Additional Information for compatibility.

5. Can the lights from one product be used with another product?

Yes, if both products are in the same family, the same size, and feature interchangeable lighting. For example, the LED Rosary – Large and the Wooden Heart-Shaped LED Rosary – Large can share lights if purchased in different colors.

6. How does the solar-powered version work?

Our solar-powered products have a built-in panel that charges during the day. When the sun sets, the lights turn on automatically — no cords or outlets required.

7. Can I use these LED lights with outdoor timers or dimmer switches?

Yes, they work with most standard outdoor timers. Some dimmer switches are also compatible, but be sure to check your dimmer’s specifications, as not all dimmers support LEDs.

8. What happens if one of my LED lights stops working — can I get a replacement?

Absolutely! If your lights stop working within our 14-day return policy, we’ll send you a replacement set. If you run into any issues outside of that window, just reach out to us directly — we’re happy to help troubleshoot or provide guidance.

9. Do these products need any special maintenance or care?

Not really! Simply wipe them occasionally with a soft cloth. For semi-weatherproof products, it’s best to place them somewhere with some protection from extreme weather to keep them looking and working their best.

10. How long do the LED lights usually last?

LEDs are energy-efficient and designed for long-term use. With normal care, they should provide years of steady, reliable light.
